Enhanced Development Collaboration for a Financial Services Client

Challenge

A financial management company based in Australia sought to expand its development capabilities in response to significant growth. As the first external partner for this client, it was essential not only to provide development support but also to establish a robust framework for effective remote collaboration.

Solution

The project began with two Global BrainForce IT professionals working on-site with the client's team, laying the groundwork for future partnerships.
